Return Policy

Xsteam USA products may be returned for a refund within 30 days of purchase. Rules and restrictions apply: 

1.     Only products purchased through xsteamusa.com can be returned for refund. Purchases through all other vendors must deal directly with the third-party seller

2.     Shipping fees for all orders are non-refundable

3.     All returns are subject to a Return Processing Fee of $14.95 USD

IF YOU HAVE PURCHASED ONE OF OUR PRODUCTS FROM A THIRD-PARTY CART/KIOSK/SITE AND WANT TO RETURN IT, YOU MUST DEAL DIRECTLY WITH THE THIRD-PARTY’S CUSTOMER SERVICE.
